The Lead, Nursing Standards & Policy is responsible for establishing and maintaining high standards of nursing practice across healthcare facilities. This role ensures that nursing policies, protocols, and procedures align with regulatory requirements, best practices, and organizational goals. By leading the development and implementation of evidence-based standards, the Lead fosters a culture of excellence, patient safety, and continuous improvement in nursing care.
