IGT is looking for a talented experience Senior Software Engineer. You will be part of the Loyalty Team collaborating with several IGT teams across the company to provide solutions!
• Exercises discretion and independent judgment analyzing, designing, installing, configuring, maintaining, and repairing enterprise network infrastructure and application components.
• Responsible for configuring and managing firewalls, VPN concentrators, and security appliances for access to vital business applications.
• Manages assigned projects and program components for delivering services in accordance with established objectives across global Company offices.
• Customarily and regularly provides technical and network design expertise regarding engineering support documentation of flow diagrams, technical documentation, “cheat sheets,” and overall change management.
• Manages, maintains, and drafts network diagrams and other pertinent technical documentation.
• Designs, configures, and manages large-scale complex switching and routing environments and wireless networks that support open or secured access and voice and video applications.
• Customarily and regularly participates in security design and reviews, ensuring network compliance.
• Customarily and regularly works with cross-functional teams in a dynamic project environment; manages multiple projects simultaneously.
• Responsible for configuring and installing client and server network software.
• Responsible for maintaining multi-site network operations, software applications, and operating systems, including both private and public facilities.
• Customarily and regularly provides leadership, technical expertise, and training to lower-level team members.
• Performs peer reviews of technical work and verifies existing infrastructure aligns with manufacturer’s best practices.
• 6+ years software development experience designing, supporting, and delivering systems and network data architecture in a diverse multi-platform relational database environment.
• Networking Knowledge and Peripherals
• Demonstrated ability to install, configure, and administer network technologies and peripherals.
