Coordinate and execute operational strategies and objectives for in-district gas conditioning and distribution.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Oversee and execute the implementation departmental operational policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with district management and staff members as necessary.
• Communicates all day-to-day activities to E-Tech Manager.
• Analyzes day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and effective services.
• Provides training, operational support and troubleshooting as required to maintain operations of equipment.
• Act as a primary communication link between the field and management.
• Responsible:
• Monitoring parts inventory
• Preventative Maintenance
• Pad Walk / Mark Location
• Premob Plan – Coordinate trailer transportation
• Train and Verify Scope (Set Points and Kills)
• Performs other related duties as required.

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum two to four years of work-related skills, knowledge or experience.
• Knowledge of general confidential information policies, procedures and regulations that govern employee and employer confidentiality.
• Knowledge of general business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, technical skill, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
• Knowledge of general principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or national security operations for the protection of people, data, property, and institutions.
• Travel required

• Able to read, speak and write English.
• Strong physical and mental health to maintain demanding workload.
• Able to work under stressful conditions at times.
• Communication - phone communication, communication with personnel and vendors.
• Seeing - able to see the computer screen.
• Climbing – able to go up, down and over equipment in a safe manner using good judgment and proper safety equipment as is required.
• Working irregular hours required.
• Travel, overnight and multiple stay is a requirement.
• Strong work ethics of integrity and honesty striving for excellence in all activities employing accompanying communication.
• Dependability, reliability, fulfilling responsibilities.
