Responsibilities:

• As
  Shift Leader/ Senior Nail Technician you will be conducting treatments
  whilst taking on supervisory responsibilities.
• Keep
  a close eye on day-to-day activities, assist the Salon Manager, and make
  sure our salon functions seamlessly.
• Set
  the tone for teamwork and positivity, fostering a collaborative atmosphere
  among our salon staff.
• Ensure
  every customer receives outstanding service that aligns with Townhouse’s
  high standards. Quickly address any concerns or issues that arise in a
  professional manner.
• Take
  charge of opening and closing duties, maintain cleanliness and
  organisation, and assist with inventory management and stock
  control.
• Help
  onboard new team members, providing guidance and ongoing support to help
  them succeed.
• Keep
  an eye on team performance and address any issues promptly. Work with the
  Salon Manager to implement plans for performance improvement when
  needed.
• Assist
  in creating and maintaining staff schedules, ensuring we have the right
  team in place during busy times.
• Drive salon team to actively recommend and sell Townhouse nail
  care products tailored to each client’s needs, contributing to salon
  retail targets.
• Work
  within a cluster of salons, you may be required to work in other salons: *LIST
  SALONS FROM CLUSTER:

Requirements and
qualifications:

• New
  York State Board Manicurist or Cosmetology License
• Demonstrate
  previous experience as a Shift Leader/ Salon Supervisor or Senior Nail
  Technician.
• Must
  have full time availability.
• Have
  knowledge of nail products, techniques, and current trends.
• Exhibit
  strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity.
