Job Description

In this role, you will impact the overall manufacturing performance by driving effective training initiatives that support process improvements, reduce errors, and foster a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.

• Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing process training programs tailored to the needs of production teams.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure employees understand and adhere to manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineers and process owners to update training content based on process changes and improvements.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and make continuous improvements to training materials and delivery methods.
• Provide coaching and support to manufacturing personnel to enhance their process knowledge and skills.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Experience in manufacturing process training or a related field within a production environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Ability to develop training materials and deliver effective training sessions.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and tools.

WE VALUE

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing process training or manufacturing operations.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate trainees.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
