We are looking for Lead Member of Technical Staff to join our Clinicals test team within our Bangalore R&D division. Your job will be to design script which will enable establish front end & backend performance benchmarks for the products and services offered for Clinicals. Help us reach our goal of becoming the healthcare backbone by enhancing our cloud based EHR solution and leveraging the network effect of 85,400+ providers. Our athena Clinicals automation team is looking forward to establishing front end / backend performance benchmarks for clinicals workflows which shall enable resolve performance bottlenecks which enable build confidence on quality and enables doctors’ workflows that is used by over 100,000 healthcare providers daily. We build quality practices which interface and make interactions between these providers and the electronic health record as seamless as possible, and elevates what the doctor needs to see, when they need to see it. Job Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and execute performance test scripts using tool such as JMeter/ K6.
  • Analyse test results and identify performance bottlenecks, scalability issues, and reliability problems.
  • Profile performance bottlenecks by using profiling tools and identify root cause.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand performance requirements and translate them into effective performance test scenarios.
  • Provide recommendations for performance improvements based on test results and analysis.
  • Monitor system performance during load tests to identify performance degradation and potential optimizations.
  • Create performance testing reports and documentation for stakeholders and management.
  • Participate in architectural and design reviews to provide performance-related insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated with the latest performance testing tools, techniques, and best practices.
  • Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.

Typical Qualifications

  • 8 to 12 years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
  • Proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter or K6.
  • Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies, processes, and best practices.
  • Efficient in using AI tools like Claude / Codex and designing skills which enable E2E performance test script design
  • Hands on experience with profiling tools like Datadog, JVisual VM, GC analysis, AWR report analysis, heap dump and thread dump analysis to identify performance bottlenecks.
  • Familiarity with SQL or Oracle queries
  • Basic understanding of C#, Java or any programming language.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
