MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Medical Oprations and Plans Officer to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii and the Phillippines.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Serves as the principal authority for theater-level medical planning and provides strategic oversight for health service support operations.
Approve comprehensive medical evacuation architectures and authorize the implementation of complex casualty response strategies.
Validate mission-critical Medical Plans and serve as the final authority for the integration of medical assets into larger operations.
Manages the synchronization of medical logistics and personnel recovery efforts in the USPACOM AOR.
Approve the medical annexes for Project Plans and coordinate with Mission Partners to synchronize theaterwide health services.
Lead the strategic analysis of medical readiness data to refine program wide operational health posture and mission success.
Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or a related field and 12+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
Advanced professional certifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration.
Experience as a Medical Operations Officer (70H) or equivalent in a SOF environment.
Program Manager Professional (PMP) certification.
Clearance Required:
Must hold an active Secret Clearance
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
