We’re looking for a skilled Team Lead / Senior Technician to support daily operations, mentor team members, and ensure high standards of quality, safety, and workflow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical questions and troubleshooting.
  • Mentor new hires and trainees; provide hands-on support as needed.
  • Ensure all work meets brand, safety, and quality standards.
  • Perform in-process checks and partner with Quality Control to resolve issues.
  • Communicate job status, risks, and scope changes with the Service Team.
  • Execute work according to schedule and proactively report delays.
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas and protect customer assets.
  • Support job staging, accurate reporting, and coordination with subcontractors.
  • Provide job estimates when requested.

Requirements

  • Strong technical background and problem-solving skills
  • 5 + years marine experience with diagnostics and multiple disciplines, diesel, systems, etc.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or supporting a team
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism
  • Reliable communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
