We work in a hybrid, Flexible First way—typically spending 1/2 days a week in our Salford office plus at least a day per week visiting clients in the UK or Ireland.

🔍 The Job
This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in the delivery of low‑carbon mechanical building services solutions You will contribute to the development of sustainable, zero‑carbon, innovative, and high-quality mechanical designs, supporting our customers’ transition to cleaner energy systems.
The successful candidate will be confident working directly with clients and possess a strong track record in the design and delivery of mechanical building services installations. You will be responsible for both the detailed design and the successful integration of low‑carbon technologies, as well as providing technical oversight during installation.

🔍 The Person
You will be an experienced mechanical designer, currently working within building services design or a closely related discipline. You will hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a relevant equivalent qualification.
You will be a confident and effective communicator, capable of working both independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. You will demonstrate a proactive and innovative mindset, with a continuous focus on improving design quality, safety, and delivery outcomes. A professional, safety-first approach is essential, along with pride in delivering work to a high standard through to completion.
