WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience with manufacturing processes, cross-cultural virtual teams, materials segmentation, Critical Materials Tracking, o9 Materials Forecast, or seasonal readiness processes is preferred.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You’ll shape material supply plans that support finished-goods delivery across seasonal and longer-range horizons. You’ll connect demand, supply, data, and cross-functional expertise to expose risk early, strengthen readiness, and create a more responsive, resilient, and efficient footwear materials supply chain.

  • Develop and manage sport-level material forecasts, integrating cross-functional inputs and translating finished-goods demand into clear supply requirements.
  • Monitor plan health, identify forecast gaps, and drive actions that improve forecast completeness, accuracy, and fidelity.
  • Establish planning service levels and use segmentation to prioritize materials and actions based on strategic value, feasibility, and delivery risk.
  • Define and operationalize material lead-time, commitment, and staging strategies that increase agility and support demand variability.
  • Partner with Materials Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Materials Development to recommend sourcing strategies, capacity solutions, and material alternatives.
  • Lead seasonal readiness across the assigned sport alignment, connecting milestones from long-range planning through execution and representing Materials Planning in cross-functional forums.
  • Own strategic initiatives, monitor performance measures, drive continuous improvement, and partner with Technology and Analytics teams to strengthen tools, capabilities, and data transparency.
