We're looking for a Lead Marketing Video Specialist to join our Angry Birds Dream Blast team in Espoo! You’ll be at the heart of our user acquisition efforts, blending motion graphic design, gameplay creation, animation, and marketing art. You’ll work closely with our game artists, UA managers, and creative producers to craft captivating content that reaches millions of players.

It’s an exciting time to join, since you'll play a central role in crafting top-quality video assets to align our game and Angry Birds movie release initiatives and help us shape how the world experiences Angry Birds!

You will have impact and fun at work by:

    Creating engaging UA video comps, custom level scenarios, and visual designs for a wide variety of marketing touchpoints.
  • Collaborating with our team to concept, ideate, and produce high-quality marketing assets from start to finish.

  • Building marketing-specific levels in Unity, capturing gameplay footage, and editing it into captivating videos.

  • Designing custom graphic elements, creating 3D animations using Angry Birds characters, and executing basic sound design.

  • Exploring and integrating emerging AI tools and workflows to craft assets and videos for user acquisition.

  • Maintaining a high standard of quality across a variety of asset types in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Experience and skills we are looking for:

  • You bring 5+ years of experience in marketing video productions with a focus on user acquisition.
  • You have a strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual design, quality, variety, and individual contributor skills.

  • You're proficient in Unity, Blender, Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop), and bitmap/vector workflows.

  • You bring a strong understanding of color, layout, and shape language to every design.

  • You're adaptable and enthusiastic about learning new editors, tools, and AI-assisted workflows.

  • You possess great problem-solving skills, empathy, and a deep understanding of what resonates with our players.

It would be nice if you also have the following skills:

  • Experience with 2D and 3D animation tools like Spine, and the ability to rig 3D characters
  • The ability to concept and create new characters, backgrounds, and props when needed.

  • Understanding of player motivations and advertising trends in mobile gaming.
