As Lead, MarCom Change & Transformation Programme, you will help Marketing & Commercial perform at its best by turning operating model strategy into sustainable organisational change. Working across people, process, technology and AI, you will ensure new ways of working are successfully implemented, adopted and embedded, creating the foundations for a more customer-first, efficient and high-performing function.
This is a hands-on delivery role focused on turning transformation plans into measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with leadership teams, MarCom Technology, the Project Management Office, the People Team and Internal Communications to coordinate transformation activity, drive adoption and ensure change delivers lasting value.
You will bring significant experience delivering organisational transformation, operating model change or business transformation programmes in a fast-paced commercial environment. You will be skilled in programme leadership, governance, stakeholder engagement, communications and benefits realisation, with a proven ability to turn strategy into practical implementation.
You are a pragmatic, delivery-focused leader who thrives in ambiguity, builds trust quickly and can engage stakeholders at all levels. Strong facilitation, communication and influencing skills are essential, alongside a passion for helping teams successfully adopt new technologies and ways of working.

McLaren Racing was founded by racing driver Bruce McLaren in 1963. The team entered its first Formula 1 race in 1966. McLaren has since won 21 Formula 1 world championships, 189 Formula 1 Grands Prix, the Indianapolis 500 three times, and the Le Mans 24 Hours at its first attempt.
McLaren Racing competes across six racing series. The team competes in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship with McLaren F1 drivers Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri, the NTT INDYCAR SERIES with Arrow McLaren drivers Pato O’Ward, Alexander Rossi and Nolan Siegel, the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship with NEOM McLaren Formula E Team drivers Sam Bird and Taylor Barnard, the Extreme E Championship with NEOM McLaren Extreme E Team drivers Cristina Gutiérrez and Mattias Ekström, and F1 Academy with ART Grand Prix and Driver Development programme member Bianca Bustamante. The team also competes in the F1 Sim Racing Championship as McLaren Shadow, having won the 2022 Constructors’ and Drivers’ Championships.
