Your Role

As a Lead Manufacturing Engineer on our team,you will play a key role in Industrializing the production launch of new Radar sensors for the customerYour daily job will involve:

• Lead the Manufacturing organization in bringing the new Safety product from Business Award through serial production

• Be the Single Point contact between the Design team and Production plant

• Evaluating and presenting manufacturing proposals

• Manage the overall Industrialization Project

• Collaborating with other engineers to ensure DFM/DFA

• Ensure compliance with our Product Development Process requirements

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your

• University Degree in Engineering/TechnicalIndustrial MGMT discipline

• Experience in Automotive or Electronics Industry

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Analytical and problem solving skills
