The Lead Management Specialist is the first point of contact for incoming customer inquiries and plays a critical role in shaping the initial customer experience.

This position combines communication, commercial thinking, and operational excellence to quickly respond, qualify, and convert inbound leads into high-quality sales opportunities. It offers a strong development path into sales, marketing, or broader commercial roles.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound inquiries via web forms, chat, and phone within defined SLAs
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and qualify their business potential
  • Convert qualified leads into sales-ready opportunities and assign them to the appropriate teams
  • Maintain accurate and detailed information in CRM systems
  • Provide budgetary quotes using approved templates and guidelines
  • Execute follow-ups and nurturing activities to move leads forward
  • Ensure a high-quality, professional customer experience at every touchpoint
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and technical teams
  • Escalate complex technical or pricing questions when needed
  • Contribute ideas to improve lead handling processes, templates, and workflows

Basic Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, lead management, or similar roles
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field)
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Salary Range

Monthly salary ranges from 6,000 to 9,100 PLN (gross).

Salary depends on experience and skills.
