Your friendly and efficient approach is perfect when engaging with residents in their units and about the property. You are committed to creating a safe working environment for the team and a safe living environment for our residents with a safety-first approach to everything you do, which includes utilizing your certifications to handle certain substances and chemicals properly and training the maintenance team in proper safety procedures and protocols.
