Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responsible for planning work and personnel schedules for employees
Communicate with the end customer to update them on completed work and planning of future work
Conduct audits ensuring the other shifts are completing satisfactory PMs and repairs in a safe/ timely manner.
Reassemble machines after the completion of repair or maintenance work.
Start machines and observe mechanical operation to determine efficiency and to detect problems.
Inspect or test damaged machine parts, and mark defective areas or advise supervisors of repair needs.
Lubricate or apply adhesives or other materials to machines, machine parts, or other equipment, according to specified procedures.
Install, replace, or change machine parts and attachments, according to production specifications.
Dismantle machines and remove parts for repair, using hand tools, chain falls, jacks, cranes, or hoists.
Record production, repair, and machine maintenance information.
Read work orders and specifications to determine machines and equipment requiring repair or maintenance.
Set up and operate machines, and adjust controls to regulate operations.
Collaborate with other workers to repair or move machines, machine parts, or equipment.
Responsible for Inventory and requisition machine parts, equipment, and other supplies so that stock can be maintained and replenished.
Transport machine parts, tools, equipment, and other material between work areas and storage, using cranes, hoists, or dollies.
Collect and discard worn machine parts and other refuse in order to maintain machinery and work areas.
Clean machines and machine parts, using cleaning solvents, cloths, air guns, hoses, vacuums, or other equipment.
Provide training on the maintenance and operations of the equipment.
Work with remote support teams to open tickets related to support and warranty.
Desired skills and experience:
A minimum of 4 years of experience in maintenance, industrial automation, mechanical systems, or a related technical field.
A degree, diploma, or equivalent practical experience in Industrial Mechanics, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, conveyors, and industrial equipment.
Experience using maintenance management systems (CMMS) and standard Microsoft Office applications.
A solid understanding of warehouse, logistics, or automated material handling operations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
The flexibility and willingness to travel internationally when needed, supported by a valid passport.

Physical demands:
Must be able to lift/carry up to 51 lbs.
Ability to work a flexible rotating schedule that may include nights and weekends periodically.
Comfortable with heights i.e., ladders, high mezzanines.
The position requires performing duties in a high-temperature, warehouse setting, specifically on the second-floor mezzanine, where air conditioning is not available.
Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (Eye and Face Protection, Respirator)
