
The Salvation Army Duluth Corps is “Doing the Most Good” by providing holistic, person-centered services to individuals and families. In addition to worship services and pastoral care, services include short and long-term case management; food, clothing, utility, rent, and housing support; youth basketball programs, housing programs, and connections to community partners.
The Lead Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment. A key focus of the role is managing apartment turnovers, including cleaning, painting, repairing, and preparing units to be move-in ready. Additional responsibilities include monitoring HVAC and boiler systems, performing minor plumbing and electrical repairs, maintaining interior and exterior property areas, and responding to both routine and urgent maintenance needs. The Lead Maintenance Technician also assists with contractor access, supports seasonal property care, maintains equipment and appliances, and helps coordinate vehicle maintenance as needed.
Wage: $26.01 per hour, 40 hours per week
