As a Lead Maintenance Supervisor at GIT, you will be responsible for the maintenance operations for one of our multifamily assets. You will be held accountable for maintaining our beautiful community, providing top-notch customer service to our residents, leading and motivating maintenance team members, and scheduling all vacancies for refurbishing and occupancy.
The Lead Maintenance Supervisor role is for a dedicated, quality-focused person passionate about property appearance and performance at its highest level. The Supervisor must multitask to ensure all maintenance operations meet or exceed expectations.
