About This Job
As a Lead local IT Manager you will be r esponsible for the implementation, stabilization and continuous improvement of ICT technology in T-digital locations. You will take a pro-active approach in dealing with suppliers, providers and vendors, lead and mentor the IT team across Greece as well as the optimization of the organization structure based on company strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- IT environment / enterprise processes
- Ensure workplace infrastructure management
- Ensure security compliance with DT AG standards
- IT interface to ensure establishment of enterprise process systems
- Interface to implementation DT projects
- Decision maker for the planning, budget owner and the execution of the IT services
Detailed responsibilities
- Responsible for all IT related matters and to ensure delivery of all appropriate IT tooling from workplace through to enterprise process solutions.
- Responsible to ensure office infrastructure and connectivity is established and maintained according to SLAs/OLAs.
- Responsible to collect and document all business requirements towards IT systems.
- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
- Maintains control of project status (triple constraints) through proactive change management.
- Provides regular and accurate reporting to Managing Director
- Maintains control of security compliancy of all IT systems in use and prepares for quality assurance reviews and security audits, driving a culture of continuous improvement.
- Maintain relationships with counterparts and other stakeholders within the local company as well as the group by effective communication.
- Provide inputs to financial and other business plans.
All the achievements you are proud of:
- Experience in field: more than 10 years in an IT function, of which at least 4-5 years within manager positions
- Firm understanding of workplace services such as O365 services, Jira and other collaboration services
- Firm understanding of networking and infrastructure services
- Managerial experience: experience with coordination and leading teams within multinational project environments is very important
- Excellent communication skills in English
