Job Purpose: The Executive - Litigation supports the organization's litigation and dispute resolution functions by assisting in legal proceedings, managing case documentation, and coordinating with external legal advisors. This role ensures compliance with statutory requirements, maintains legal records, and supports risk mitigation efforts.

Executive - Non-Litigation

Contract Management & Advisory:

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting of agreements including sale agreements, development agreements, lease deeds, MoUs, and vendor contracts.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors for finalisation of transactional documents. Provide support in structuring transactions and identifying legal risks.
Assist in ensuring that contractual obligations are in compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

Legal Operations & Compliance:


Maintain systematic records of legal documents, agreements, approvals, and correspondence.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements including applicable real estate laws.
Assist in legal due diligence of land parcels and projects.
Support in reviewing title documents and coordinating for necessary approvals.

Coordinate execution and registration of documents with authorities and stakeholders.
Liaise with consultants, advocates, and government authorities for documentation and approvals.

Stakeholder Management:


Act as a liaison between internal departments and external legal consultants for non-litigation matters.
Provide preliminary legal advisory to internal teams on contractual and transactional matters.

10 – 12 years of relevant experience in non-litigation / transactional legal work.
Prior experience of 2 – 3 years with a reputed law firm is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Real Estate Laws, Contract Laws, and Land Revenue Laws is preferred.
