Role Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic Lead – L&OD to architect and deliver a business-oriented learning framework that strengthens organizational capability, drives leadership effectiveness, and embeds a culture of continuous development. This role requires a stand-and-deliver facilitator with proven ability to design and execute impactful interventions that directly support business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learning Framework Design – Build enterprise-wide L&OD frameworks aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Facilitation Excellence – Deliver high-impact workshops and leadership programs with strong presence and engagement.
  • Business Alignment – Partner with CXOs and business leaders to translate capability needs into measurable learning outcomes.
  • Organizational Development – Lead culture-building, change management, and talent readiness initiatives.
  • Measurement & ROI – Establish metrics to track learning effectiveness and demonstrate business impact.

Experience & Skills:

  • 10–12 years of progressive experience in L&D / OD, preferably in fintech or BFSI.
  • Strong expertise in facilitation, instructional design, and organizational development.
  • Proven ability to link learning outcomes to business performance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Exposure to digital learning platforms, HRMS L&D modules, and blended learning strategies.
