Job Purpose:

The Lead, L&D Program Mgmt & Delivery Specialist delivers and administers high quality and effective learning for participants and internal customers through our TruStage classes and learning programs. This individual will have the ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with the wider L&D team, internal organization clients, vendors, and key stakeholders across the enterprise while positively demonstrating TruStage’s core values.

The Lead, L&D Program Mgmt & Delivery Specialist will manage and facilitate various impactful enterprise L&D programs for the program management and delivery team within the L&D Center of Excellence (CoE). These learning offerings, including the facilitation of classes for people managers, skill development, business acumen, functional, process/procedural, and systems training, support the TruStage imperative of “prepare for the future”. This individual will help advance our learning culture by ensuring learning is valued, expected, and embedded into the business.

The Lead, L&D Program Mgmt & Delivery Specialist will contribute to the development of and adherence to governance for the programs assigned. This individual will also explore opportunities to drive consistency and efficiencies for their given programs by maintaining metrics and generating reports as directed by the Sr Manager of Learning and Delivery. This role will also be responsible for coordinating scheduling, event communication, vendor contracts, and other class/program logistics.

This role reports to the Sr Manager of Program Management and Delivery. The Lead, L&D Program Mgmt & Delivery Specialist will work closely with the Sr Manager of Program Management and Delivery to communicate effectively regarding relevant work and to provide procedural suggestions to achieve program success.

Job Responsibilities:

Program Management

  • Coordinate the implementation and delivery of enterprise learning programs, ensuring they are effectively rolled out to meet the needs of the organization and aligned to leadership expectations.
  • Understand L&D processes (scheduling, registration, evaluation, consultation, L&D request Intake, Governance, etc.) and leverage expertise from L&D Consultants, L&D Learning Technology professionals, and the L&D design and development team as needed
  • Assist Sr Manager of Program Management and Delivery with evaluation, measurement, and reporting of assigned programs providing updates on effectiveness and status.
  • Provide feedback on a consistent basis to L&D Design and Delivery in order to improve/revise content and enhance the participant experience for learning programs
  • Create productive relationships with preferred vendors for relevant learning programs.
  • Engage business stakeholders on L&D related efforts including the leveraging L&D Learning Consultants and L&D Leadership as appropriate
  • Create action/project plans, lead meetings, maintain records, and share updates with stakeholders for enterprise learning programs
  • Partner within L&D team to build and curate learning curricula for easy access and navigation.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach with excellent organization skills and detail in the management of programs, especially regarding participant communication, follow-up activities, reporting to stakeholders, and learning delivery governance administration.

Facilitation

  • Model excellent facilitation skills by engaging learners and creating a safe environment to share.
  • Facilitate courses for various audiences (people leaders, individual contributors, new employees, etc).
  • Ability to effectively facilitate learning for, communicate with, and influence leadership audiences up to the senior level.
  • Organize and plan appropriately for a successful enterprise learning events.
  • Stay up-to-date on learning content and is well prepared to deliver an engaging learning experience in-person and virtually.
  • Highly competent in facilitating content virtually via Microsoft Teams (leveraging annotation tools, breakout sessions, etc.) to engage the audience.
  • Able to quickly troubleshoot technology issues as they arise during facilitation.
  • Coordinate with and prep guest speakers for successful delivery of content to ensure program objectives are met.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to adjunct facilitators and speakers to set them up for success.
  • Leverage learning sustainability and reinforcement approaches to ensure learning retention of participants during follow-up
  • Bring current business knowledge into the classroom to align on relevant course material.
  • Understand how adults learn best by contributing to learning sustainability and reinforcement approaches to ensure learning retention of participants.
  • Stay updated on learning and development trends, learning delivery best practices, tools/technology, etc. to bring excellence and credibility into the classroom.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in learning and development with 5+ years of facilitation experience..
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, theory, and strategies.
  • Must have prior management experience.
  • Experience facilitating offerings effectively to various audience levels (face-to-face and virtually).
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Teams for virtual delivery.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and relationship building skills.
  • Facilitation certification in the following, a plus (Blanchard Companies, Crucial Learning, DDI etc.)
  • Some travel may be required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • DDI Certification preferred

Base Salary Range:

$104,200.00 - $156,300.00
