The Lead Lactation Clinical Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations for the lactation and mothers' milk bank programs including; timely access to wellness and rental equipment for families and staff, support of inpatient human milk inventory, monitoring of pasteurized donor human milk and inventory, accurate data entry to ensure optimal management of rental equipment and reporting for the milk bank. Collaborates with the healthcare team, maintains efficient workflow, and performs administrative tasks to ensure quality outcomes and patient care. The role requires a combination of clinical knowledge and organizational skills. Adheres to regulatory standards, departmental and hospital policies and procedures in the execution of assigned duties. Maintains and models CHOP values and service standards in the execution of all assigned duties.

$25.50 - $31.85 Hourly
