Duties and Responsibilities:🔶 Lead and coordinate a small crew of 1–3 installers
🔶 Complete kitchen remodeling tasks including cabinet installation, cabinet refacing, flooring, door and drawer front installation, and roll-out trays
🔶 Plan daily tasks to keep the project organized and on schedule
🔶 Maintain clean, professional job sites
🔶 Communicate progress and updates with the project manager
🔶 Deliver high-quality craftsmanship and efficient work
Qualifications:🔶 At Least 3 Years experience in Kitchen renovations 🔶 Experience drilling for hinges, installing doors, drawer fronts, and roll-out trays. 🔶 Ability to operate power tools (table saw, router, nail gun, etc.) safely and effectively.🔶 Experience as a finish carpenter🔶 Knowledge on how to scribe kitchen cabinets
