The Lead Janitor will assist the Project Manager in the comprehensive management and operational of Barrakes Management Services for the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Training Center (TRACEN) Yorktown, VA. USCG TRACEN Yorktown operates four barracks buildings on base year-round. The facilities house USCG students, members and authorized patrons.
In the absence of the Project Manager, the Lead Janitor will act as the Project Manager.
The Lead Janitor shall be thoroughly familiar with the custodial and janitorial requirements and provide daily supervision for contract compliance. This role involves ensuring efficient coordination and management of a range of Barracks Monitoring/Hotel Type Front Desk Operations, Janitorial Services, and Linen Services.
