Why This Role Matters
The Lead Worker – Janitor provides support, assistance, and guidance to individuals with significant disabilities to help develop work skills, while assisting with the direction, coordination, supervision, and evaluation of cleaning crews. This position supports the Janitorial Supervisor in executing janitorial plans, performs janitorial tasks in accordance with contract guidelines, and provides ongoing training and support to staff on standard operating procedures and safe operation of equipment, supporting growth and upward mobility within Didlake’s organization. This position is responsible for assisting with the overall direction, coordination, evaluation, and supervision of cleaning crews in the maintenance of the contract.
