Kualifikasi
1. Pendidikan & Pengalaman
o S1 Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, atau bidang terkait.
o Minimal 5-8 tahun pengalaman di bidang IT Operations, Infrastructure, atau Network Administration.
o Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman memimpin proyek IT (Project Management).
o Pengalaman sebagai Cloud Engineer, Network Engineer, IT Security Specialist menjadi nilai tambah.
2. Keahlian Teknis
o Cloud Computing: AWS, Azure, GCP (deploy, maintenance, security).
o Networking: Firewall, VPN, VLAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
o Infrastructure: Windows/Linux Server, storage, virtualisasi (VMware, Kubernetes).
o Security: Implementasi & audit keamanan IT, SIEM, endpoint protection, SOC.
o Helpdesk & IT Support: Manajemen tim IT Support, troubleshooting hardware/software.
o Automation & Scripting: Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell, atau Python.
o Project Management:
Berpengalaman dalam end-to-end IT project lifecycle.
Familiar dengan Agile, Scrum, Waterfall.
Bisa menggunakan Jira, Trello, atau MS Project untuk tracking proyek.
Kemampuan dalam budgeting, risk assessment, dan stakeholder communication.

1. Manajemen Infrastruktur IT
Mengelola & memonitor server, storage, cloud, dan jaringan.
Mengimplementasikan kebijakan disaster recovery & backup.
2. Cloud & Network Engineering
Deploy & maintain layanan berbasis cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Memastikan performa dan keamanan jaringan, VPN, firewall, dan load balancer.
3. IT Security & Compliance
Mengawasi keamanan infrastruktur untuk mencegah serangan siber.
Memastikan sistem sesuai standar keamanan IT (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
4. Helpdesk & IT Operations
Memimpin tim IT Support untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan user.
Mengoptimalkan SLA untuk helpdesk dan operasional IT.
5. Project Management
Merancang & memimpin proyek IT (migrasi cloud, upgrade infrastruktur, implementasi security).
Menyusun timeline, scope, budget, dan risk management.
Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal & vendor untuk memastikan proyek selesai tepat waktu.
Menggunakan Agile/Scrum atau Waterfall sesuai kebutuhan proyek.
Melakukan monitoring & reporting ke stakeholder terkait progres proyek.
6. Incident & Change Management
Menangani insiden IT (downtime, security breach, failure analysis) secara cepat dan efektif.
Menyusun & menjalankan IT policies & SOP terkait perubahan sistem.
