<div>SUMMARY<br><br>
</div><div>Responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and continuous improvement of securities operations team. This role acts as a key point of coordination across trading, bond accounting, and safekeeping services, proactively identifying risks, resolving issues with designated team, and driving process enhancements that improve efficiency, controls, and client experience.<br><br>Collaborates with the department supervisor to advance team development, improve operational efficiencies, and contribute to a high-performing, continuously improving work environment.</div><div>
<br>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: </div><div> </div><ul>
<li>Experience with institutional fixed income safekeeping and portfolio accounting processes, including settlement and custody operations, strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Leading by example in delivering exceptional service, cultivating trust with customers and team members through proactive, professional, and results-oriented communication.</li>
<li>Ensures the timely and accurate capture of trading activity, payments, and pledging within core systems, maintaining high standards of data integrity and operational reliability.</li>
<li>Ensures the integrity, organization, and accessibility of customer records, supporting operational efficiency and consistent service delivery.</li>
<li>Collaboration with trading support and portfolio accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely data input, supporting consistency across systems and processes.</li>
<li>Drives the accuracy, timeliness, and quality of customer reporting, ensuring deliverables meet high standards and support effective client communication and decision-making.</li>
<li>Maintains effective relationships with custodians, including the Federal Reserve and Bank of New York, to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions and payments.<br><br>
