Regular tasks:

• Managing and mentoring an interior design team while reporting to the Chief Interior Designer

• Collecting and providing design input from main stakeholders

• Hands-on designing, input creation (2D-3D), following up on CAD model development, presentations material, output creation and design deliveries.

• Coordinating activities, planning and handling both internal and external support

• Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, sales, marketing, business and HR

• Defining and designing user experience, developing and protecting brand DNA

Responsibilities:

• Direct feedback and clarity to team to deliver on-time

• Help maintain visual and brand consistency between all products

• Promote teamwork and push for innovation

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into unique product experiences

• Help shape the product strategy and vision

• Finding opportunities to solve problems in unique and innovative ways

Required skills and competencies:

• Strong knowledge of design process
• Product development from sketch to production
• Strong interactions with wider team and other departments/externals
• Brand awareness, communication skills, organisational skills, storytelling and presentation skills
• Highest level of visual output quality (2D, 3D)
• Work ethic and collaborative spirit
