Job Description

Type of contract: B2B contract
Salary range: 205 - 275 PLN/H

What will you do?

You will define and lead the integration strategy for critical enterprise systems, ensuring alignment with business and technology roadmaps. You will provide technical and organizational leadership, coordinate complex initiatives, and serve as the primary integration subject matter expert for key stakeholders.

Your tasks

  • Define and own the integration architecture strategy across multiple systems and platforms
  • Lead large-scale integration initiatives and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams
  • Drive architectural decisions related to IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE12) and IBM MQ platforms
  • Establish standards, governance models, and best practices for integration development
  • Oversee CI/CD processes and platform automation leveraging GitHub, Jenkins, and Python
  • Provide leadership during major incidents, platform upgrades, and production releases
  • Work closely with architects, managers, and business stakeholders to align integration roadmaps
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for platform improvement
  • Mentor senior engineers and drive technical excellence across the organization
  • Support strategic technology transformation and modernization initiatives

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with IBM Message Broker / IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE12)
  • Extensive experience with IBM MQ
  • Strong experience leading enterprise integration projects
  • Advanced experience with GitHub, Jenkins, and Python
  • Strong Unix/Linux and DB2 SQL knowledge
  • Experience defining integration architectures, standards, and governance
  • Experience leading technical teams or coordinating multiple engineering teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Business-fluent English
  • Availability for occasional business travel to Germany

Nice to have

  • Experience in banking or financial services environments
  • Knowledge of cloud-native integration platforms
  • Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks
  • Experience leading large-scale transformation programs
