Lead - Integrated Media Planning班加罗尔社招全职职位 ID:A17883职位描述The Lead - Integrated Media Planning will own the overall media mandate across all three sub-brands Xiaomi, Redmi & POCO as well as multiple business units (smartphones, TVs, AIOT etc.). They will oversee strategic, cross-channel media campaigns (online/offline) to drive business growth, ROI, and brand awareness across the entirety of the portfolio. They will manage client relationships, mentor teams, and lead campaign execution across TV, digital, and emerging channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive integrated media strategies, balancing brand and business objectives. Bring an analytical, data-driven approach to media planning keeping in mind the various brand attributes, target audiences & product propositions.
- Execution & Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end planning process, monitoring performance and optimizing media mixes to meet KPIs.
- Measurement & ROI : Ownership of ROI against media spends in terms of KPI / business metrics impact as well as onboarding measurement / AI tools to automate data collection & presentation.
- Partner Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key media & agency partners, working together to build robust media strategies, JBPs and setting the right expectations in terms of KPIs & commercial structures
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative, high-performance team environment as well as grooming talent for the next level.

- Media Expertise: Proven experience across both traditional (TV, OOH) and digital (Paid Social, Search, Programmatic) media platforms as well as experimenting with newer media avenues
- Skills: Strong analytical acumen, proficiency in media research tools, and excellent presentation skills.
