Our Team Lead Installers will earn between <$20.00-$28.00> an hour, plus overtime and bonus incentives.

If you have experience leading a team and would like to lead a coatings and epoxy installing crew, here is what we are looking for:

• Two years experience as a TEAM LEAD
• Legally eligible to work in the US
• Valid Driver's License
• Enjoys leading and motivating a team
• Appreciates physical work, every day is a new location
• We work hard and celebrate providing a beautiful product for our customers
