
The Labor & Incremental Profit Opportunity (“IPO”) Lead Insights Analyst is responsible for maintaining a high degree of analytical competence as they partner with product leads, analytics engineers, business partners, and field staff to discover, test, and deliver insights to Restaurants that drive better decisions. The individual in this role will be responsible for leading the advanced analytics for Restaurant profit opportunity and labor benchmarking and enhancing the suite of reporting insights for Operators.
This role will develop and maintain a high level of subject matter expertise for labor and profit opportunity data, benchmarking and reporting products for Restaurants. Using their comprehensive knowledge, this role will be the point of contact for Restaurant/Operator and staff questions on use of the data and reporting. He or she will also be responsible for recommending and deploying changes based on Operator feedback to data systems. The person in this role will develop comprehensive knowledge and serving as a subject matter expert on IPO and talent investment reporting across multiple platforms, being a business owner for IPO, talent and labor data and maintaining and improving related data and processes. This person will serve as a business data steward for certain data sets.
They will have responsibility for both proactive and responsive analysis, data validation, project planning, executing project details, communicating with stakeholders and collaboration with colleagues. They will also have the opportunity to recommend or pursue enhancement to current models, in areas such as machine learning or AI.
