Lead Infant Teacher (EEC Certified) – Sign-On Bonus Available

Pay: $21–$23 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Bonus: Sign-on bonus available

Lead Infant Teacher – Early Learning Classroom


The Learning Experience – Franklin is seeking a certified Lead Infant Teacher to guide our infant classroom and support children during their earliest stages of development. This role focuses on creating a nurturing environment where infants build secure relationships, explore sensory experiences, and begin early communication development.

We are currently offering a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates joining our teaching team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily routines for infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months
  • Provide attentive care including feeding, diapering, and nap supervision
  • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate sensory learning activities
  • Maintain a safe, organized classroom environment
  • Support assistant teachers and maintain classroom structure
  • Observe and document developmental milestones
  • Communicate regularly with families regarding routines and progress
  • Ensure compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements

Qualifications

  • Massachusetts EEC Infant Teacher certification required
  • Prior infant classroom experience strongly preferred
  • Experience leading or supporting an infant classroom preferred
  • Strong understanding of infant development and responsive caregiving practices
  • Reliable, collaborative, and nurturing teaching approach

Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
