That's why we're partnering with a fast-growing international investment and industrial group to find a Lead Indirect Buyer for their evolving Shared Service Center in Sofia.

About the Role:

As a Lead Indirect Buyer, you will drive strategic sourcing and procurement of IT-related goods and services, including software, SaaS, cloud solutions, and technology contracts. You'll play a key role in optimizing IT spend, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring alignment between business needs, IT requirements, and procurement strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sourcing activities across IT categories, including software, SaaS, cloud, and IT services
• Manage supplier selection, negotiations, and contract lifecycle for IT vendors
• Create and manage purchase orders, contracts, and procurement data in SAP and e-procurement systems
• Monitor vendor performance, license utilization, and contract compliance
• Drive cost optimization initiatives such as license optimization and contract consolidation
• Collaborate closely with IT, Finance, and Legal to align procurement with business needs
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, IT governance, and security requirements

Who We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field
• Proven experience in IT procurement (software, SaaS, cloud, or IT services)
• Strong experience negotiating IT contracts, licensing models, and SLAs
• Hands-on experience with SAP and MS Office tools
• Good understanding of IT cost structures and vendor management
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• English proficiency
