Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead – Inbound & Outbound
Logistics to manage and coordinate logistics operations, including documentation,
transportation coordination, and shipment handling. The candidate will ensure smooth
material movement, accurate documentation, and effective logistics reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inward and outward logistics documentation and control.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound material movement efficiently.
• Manage transport coordination with transporters for timely dispatch and
delivery.
• Generate invoices and E-way bills as per statutory requirements.
• Prepare pick lists and packing lists for dispatch operations.
• Ensure proper logistics documentation and record maintenance.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to logistics operations.
• Monitor shipment status and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Coordinate with stores, production, and accounts teams for smooth logistics
flow.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and statutory logistics
requirements.
Skills & Competencies:
• Good knowledge of logistics processes and documentation.
• Experience in transport coordination and shipment planning.
• Knowledge of E-way bill and invoicing procedures.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems will be an advantage.
• Ability to handle multiple logistics operations simultaneously.
Requirements
Candidate Profile:
• Any Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Commerce / Logistics / Supply Chain /
Business Administration).
• Salary / Package: ₹5 – ₹6 Lakhs per annum.
• Gender: Male candidates only.
