Job's mission

As a Lead II, Program Management at ASM, you will play a critical role in driving New Product Introduction (NPI) programs from concept through high-volume manufacturing. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex semiconductor capital equipment programs, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, adherence to timelines, and successful execution of global product commercialization initiatives.

What you will be working on

  • Define and manage overall NPI program schedules, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams and successful execution through all product lifecycle phases, including global tool delivery
  • Drive program execution plans and deliverables to meet critical milestones from concept development to high-volume production
  • Facilitate regular program review meetings, communicate program status, and proactively identify risks, gaps, and required support
  • Track progress against program objectives, timelines, and key deliverables with strong accountability
  • Establish and monitor program performance metrics to drive continuous improvement across successive product introductions
  • Act as a key stakeholder in corporate strategic initiatives related to product commercialization and process optimization
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and global operations teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Science or related disciplines)
  • 5–10 years of experience in program management or engineering project leadership, preferably within semiconductor capital equipment
  • Proven track record of managing configurable product programs from concept through high-volume manufacturing
  • Strong project management, planning, and analytical capabilities
  • Solid experience in cross-functional stakeholder management in a global environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

What sets you apart

  • Experience with SAP or similar enterprise systems
  • Ability to lead and influence across functions and organizational levels
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
