</div><div>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Lead HVAC Installer</strong> to join our growing team. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a seasoned HVAC professional who can independently lead installations, maintain high quality standards, and represent our company with professionalism and integrity.<br><br>
</div><div>What You'll Do<br><br>
</div><div>As a Lead HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company and industry standards.<br><br>
</div><div>Responsibilities include:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Leading residential and light-commercial HVAC installation projects</li>
<li>Reviewing plans and specifications prior to installation</li>
<li>Installing furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, ventilation equipment, ductwork, refrigeration components, and related systems</li>
<li>Installing and connecting HVAC controls, wiring, piping, and related accessories</li>
<li>Ensuring installations comply with manufacturer specifications and applicable codes</li>
<li>Performing equipment startup, testing, and system verification</li>
<li>Maintaining accurate job documentation and project paperwork</li>
<li>Communicating effectively with customers, supervisors, and team members</li>
<li>Upholding a strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship</li>
<li>Providing guidance and mentorship to less-experienced installers when needed</li>
</ul><div>Qualifications<br><br>
</div><div>Qualified candidates should possess:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Minimum 7 years of HVAC installation experience in residential and/or commercial settings</li>
<li>Proven ability to lead projects from start to finish with minimal supervision</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, electrical wiring, refrigeration, and plumbing connections</li>
<li>Ability to read blueprints, plans, and installation drawings</li>
<li>EPA Section 608 Universal Certification preferred</li>
<li>Previous service experience is a plus</li>
<li>Valid Pennsylvania driver's license</li>
<li>High school diploma or GED</li>
<li>Reliable transportation</li>
<li>Personal hand tools appropriate for the trade</li>
<li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li>
