Requirements

• 
  B.Sc./HND degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 
  4+ years of progressive HR management experience.
• 
  Deep understanding of labour and employment laws.
• 
  Strong knowledge and experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.
• 
  Possess relevant HR Certifications.
• 
  Experience in the healthcare or chain retail industry is an added advantage.
• 
  Previous experience in high-performing or fast-growing businesses desirable.
• 
  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
