As the Lead - HR Business Partner, you will be a strategic leader responsible for aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals to enhance overall business performance. Your role will involve collaborating with senior leadership, fostering a culture of accountability and integrity, and utilizing data analytics to drive informed decision-making. This position is ideal for a seasoned HR professional ready to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment at CureMD. Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support and drive organizational objectives.

  • Act as a liaison between business units and HR, ensuring alignment of HR initiatives with departmental and organizational goals.

  • Lead and mentor a team HR Business Partners, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture within the HRBP team.

  • Provide guidance and support in managing HR operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to best practices.

  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decisions, providing data-driven insights to support business leaders in their decision-making processes.

  • Prepare comprehensive reports for the management, highlighting key performance indicators and recommending actionable improvements.

  • Lead the development and implementation of efficient HR processes and systems, continuously seeking improvements to streamline operations and enhance the employee experience.

  • Champion initiatives that promote a positive organizational culture, enhancing employee engagement and job satisfaction.

  • Spearhead change management initiatives by effectively communicating organizational changes and addressing employee concerns.

  • Lead culture-building activities that align with organizational values and support a healthy work environment.

  • Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and compliance regulations, minimizing organizational risk.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a preference for candidates with experience in HRBP roles or similar functions.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems; experience with data analytics tools is a plus.

  • Excellent analytical skills, with experience in data management, reporting, and making informed decisions based on metrics.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in process management.

  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
