What You Will Do

HR Business Partnering

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders across functions.
  • Own the complete employee lifecycle.
  • Drive initiatives around employee engagement, retention, and development.

Talent Management

  • Identify skill gaps and work with L&D on targeted development roadmaps.
  • Support internal mobility and career progression planning.

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Manage employee grievances with fairness, confidentiality, and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to employment laws, HR policies, and disciplinary processes.
  • Mitigate risks by proactively identifying ER issues and maintaining documentation.

Employee Engagement & Culture Building

  • Lead engagement surveys, feedback cycles, and action planning.
  • Implement culture-building, recognition, and communication programs.
  • Enhance employee experience through structured engagement interventions.

HR Data, Analytics & Reporting

  • Use HR analytics to generate insights on attrition, engagement, and performance.
  • Publish dashboards and HR metrics to support leadership decision-making.

Policy & Process Governance

  • Implement HR policies and ensure consistent application across teams.
  • Recommend updates based on business needs and industry standards.
  • Maintain quality and compliance across all HR processes.

Leadership & Business Partnering

  • Stakeholder management.
  • Support change management initiatives and organizational transitions.


What You Will Need

Technical Skills

  • Strong expertise in HRBP frameworks, HR operations, and employment laws.
  • Deep understanding of performance management, ER, talent management, and workforce planning.
  • Proficiency in HR analytics, dashboards, and HRMS tools.
  • Ability to handle investigations, disciplinary actions, and compliance matters.

Stakeholder & Leadership Skills

  • Strong ability to influence and partner with stakeholders.
  • Capability to lead discussions, drive people strategy, and resolve conflicts.
  • Experience managing change and driving business-focused HR outcomes.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication ability.
  • Strong relationship-building, consultation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • High professionalism, confidentiality, and maturity in handling sensitive matters.

Behavioral Competencies

  • Strong ownership, accountability, and execution skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environments.
  • Effective prioritization, planning, and multitasking abilities.

Experience

5-7 years of experience in end-to-end HRBP roles in Technology organization.

What Would Be Nice To Have

  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources.
  • Flexibility in extended working when there is a business need.
