Lead Housekeeping Trainer
Unicoi State Park & Lodge | Helen, GA

Do you take pride in creating spotless guest experiences and helping others succeed? Unicoi State Park & Lodge is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Lead Housekeeping Trainer to help shape the next generation of hospitality professionals in the beautiful North Georgia mountains.

In this leadership role, you'll be responsible for training, coaching, and developing housekeeping team members while ensuring our guest rooms and public areas consistently meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. You'll work closely with department leadership to promote excellence, efficiency, and a culture of teamwork.

What You'll Do:

• Train and onboard new housekeeping team members
• Demonstrate proper cleaning techniques and department standards
• Conduct room inspections and provide constructive feedback
• Assist with daily housekeeping operations as needed
• Promote consistency, quality, and attention to detail
• Support a positive, professional, and guest-focused work environment
• Help identify opportunities for continuous improvement and team development

What We're Looking For:

• Previous housekeeping experience required
• Hospitality or hotel experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lead by example and motivate others
• Dependable, organized, and team-oriented attitude
