About the Organization

We are a social impact organization on a mission to build an entrepreneurial mindset in young people across India. We equip them with the agency, resilience, and confidence to shape their own futures. By working with government school youth, nano-entrepreneurs, and underserved communities, we aim to provide dignity, skills, and hope at scale. To date, our programs have impacted millions of learners across multiple Indian states.

The Role

This is a high-ownership role for someone who genuinely loves the art of relationship-building in service of a meaningful mission. You will lead our engagement with High Net-worth Individuals (HNIs), family offices, and philanthropic principals.

Working closely with and reporting directly to the Founder, you will act as a trusted partner in early conversations and then carry those relationships forward with depth, consistency, and care. Your goal is not just to raise funds, but to help supporters become genuine ambassadors for our mission and to establish yourself as a trusted voice in India’s philanthropic ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Lead and manage engagement with HNIs and family offices, ensuring a deep and consistent connection with the organization’s vision.
  • Strategic Representation: Pitch, present, and represent the organization with conviction across high-level meetings, events, and forums.
  • Storytelling: Tell the organization’s story with depth and clarity, answering complex questions and sparking curiosity among potential supporters.
  • Rigorous Tracking: Maintain meticulous records of relationships, including timely follow-ups, personalized touchpoints, and donor reporting to ensure an excellent experience for every supporter.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the Founder to open doors and lead early conversations, taking full ownership of the subsequent relationship lifecycle.

Who You Are

  • Human-First: Open-minded, non-judgmental, and naturally at ease with a wide range of people regardless of background or worldview.
  • Detail-Oriented: You remember the small details mentioned in passing and act on them; your follow-ups feel like thoughtful outreach rather than "check-ins."
  • Versatile Communicator: Equally at home leading a room or supporting senior leadership; you know when to drive a conversation and when to hold space.
  • Credible Voice: You possess a strong point of view on meaningful giving in India and are respected by those with resources.
  • Mission-Aligned: You care deeply about education, equity, and the potential of young people.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: 8–15 years in relationship-heavy roles such as wealth management, private banking, HNI engagement, or fundraising for a credible social organization.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated ability to build and sustain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Strategic Skills: Familiarity with family offices, CSR principals, or diaspora philanthropy is a strong plus.
  • Operating Style: Comfortable in a lean, founder-led environment; high ownership and low ego.
  • Network: Existing networks within the HNI or philanthropic ecosystem are a significant advantage.

Why Join Us?

  • High Impact: Work on one of the most critical growth levers for an organization already impacting millions.
  • Visibility: Direct collaboration with the Founder and high visibility within the philanthropic sector.
  • Autonomy: A role offering high autonomy to shape how donors think about giving.
  • Compensation: Competitive compensation with the potential for a performance-based component.
