Job Title: Lead Handyman — Metro Vancouver ($44 to $48/hr + bonuses)

The Work:
1 to 2 booked jobs per day. Drywall, trim, rot repair, finishing carpentry, painting, assembly, general residential repairs. Spot and price extra work on-site, log everything (notes, materials, photos) through our CRM app, and represent Microworks with pride in every home you enter.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years hands-on residential trade experience

• Red Seal or Journeyperson ticket an asset, but not required

• Strong general skills across carpentry, drywall, painting, and repair

• Clean Class 5 license, comfortable driving and parking a full-size van

• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working full days

• Lives within North Van, West Van, Vancouver, Burnaby, New West, PoCo, or Coquitlam

• Friendly, professional, and reliable, the kind of person people trust in their home
