Key Position Functions:

• Assist department Shop Supervisor in coordinating shipping activities and ensuring accurate record keeping for incoming and outgoing shipments
• Provide leadership and training to shipper/receivers and ensure work is scheduled accordingly and completed in a safe and timely manner
• Oversee incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments
• Expedite orders and transfers as required
• Structure, organize and maintain inventory within the designated area to ensure efficient, accurate picking and storage of materials
• Coordinate and prioritize daily picking and shipping and receiving activities
• Ensure all picking reports, inventory transfers and reconciliations are completed in a timely manner
• Lead, train and develop key personnel
• Ensure compliance with Stream-Flo group Guiding Principles in terms of Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental; regulations or policies
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Participate in rotational on call schedule
• Perform other duties as defined by Manager/Supervisor

Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Minimum 3 years’ experience
• Previous lead hand or supervisory experience an asset
• Comprehensive knowledge of all wellhead products and the service industry would be an asset
• Strong computer skills and effective paper flow management; knowledge of SAP an asset
• Strong trouble shooting skills and conflict resolution skills
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to effectively delegate work
• Self-motivated and highly organized
• Mechanically inclined.
