About the Position:
As a Leading Hand, you will play a key role in supporting safe and efficient daily delivery operations. You will closely monitor delivery movements throughout the afternoon and evening, ensuring routes are progressing as planned and quickly identifying and resolving any issues.
You will be a key point of contact for delivery partners, maintaining consistent communication with drivers to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient delivery practices. Working autonomously is essential, as you will be trusted to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong operational oversight.
You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain visibility across operations, support decision-making, and uphold safety and performance standards.
You will bring strong attention to detail, a hands-on mindset, and excellent communication skills to ensure every delivery is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with expectations.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:00pm - 11:00pm
Key Responsibilities:

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with drivers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Monitor delivery movements throughout the afternoon and evening, ensuring routes are progressing as planned.
Provide support and guidance to drivers to ensure safe, compliant, and successful deliveries.
Maintain safety and security of premises and all people on-site.
Respond to urgent operational matters and escalate issues where required.
Maintain a professional, high-quality, service-oriented environment at all times.
