Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leading Hand to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of a team of workers in various industries. The Leading Hand will ensure that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of a team of workers
  • Ensure that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard
  • Provide guidance and support to team members
  • Monitor and report on the progress of work
  • Ensure that all equipment and tools are maintained and used correctly
  • Ensure that all safety procedures are followed
  • Liaise with management and other departments as required
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Train and develop team members

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant industry experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail
