The Role

Reporting to the Manager – Accumulations Products & Services, the Lead – Products is responsible for product execution, continuous improvement, process governance, training and service delivery across CBH's grower-facing products.

Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will build a strong understanding of the end-to-end accumulation process, support daily team operations, and help ensure a high standard of service, compliance and process control.

This position is offered on a 12-month fixed term basis, located in the Perth Head Office.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product delivery and grower experience.

  • Analyse business challenges and recommend practical solutions and best-practice approaches.

  • Contribute to system projects and business improvement initiatives on behalf of the Accumulations team.

  • Prepare and coordinate product-related documentation, including contracts, guarantees, indemnities and security agreements, ensuring compliance with approved templates and legal requirements.

  • Coordinate Direct-to-Vessel opportunities with Operations and Trading teams.

  • Support product execution, administration and process governance activities across the team.

About You:

  • Experience in product management, agribusiness, banking / financial services or a related industry.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Agriculture or a related discipline, highly regarded.

  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement, process mapping and business optimisation.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues effectively.

  • High level of commercial acumen, with experience in accounting, finance or agribusiness lending viewed favourably.
