The successful candidate must possess excellent leadership qualities, with the ability to maximize the talents of their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of creative staff in conceptualizing and executing designs and project briefs according to project requirements and client specifications.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end creative project development within budget and deadlines.
Lead and develop a creative team with strong supervisory skills.
Ensure brand consistency in all visual outputs.
Stay updated on industry trends and software.
Monitor project progress and collaborate with other departments.
Oversee video content production, including ideation and brand management.
Qualifications
2-3 years digital graphic design, web design, video editing experience in a related field is a must.
Ability to use Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator
Familiar with user experience (UX) design
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure
Excellent interpersonal skills
Willing to be trained
Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, continuity, etc.
Creative mind, interviewing and storytelling skills
