Superior Water & Air is looking for a driven Lead Generator / Brand Ambassador to represent our brand inside major retail stores. You'll connect with customers, build relationships with store teams, and generate qualified leads that help families find solutions for cleaner water and healthier homes.

What You'll Do

• Represent Superior Water & Air in assigned retail locations
• Engage customers and spark meaningful conversations
• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers
• Educate shoppers about our products and services
• Generate and submit qualified customer leads
• Maintain professional displays and brand presence
• Help drive territory and team goals

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, confident, and people-focused
• Comfortable approaching and talking with customers
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Strong communication skills
• Sales, retail, customer service, or promotional experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between store locations

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, promotions, customer service, or retail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable approaching and engaging with customers
• Self-motivated and reliable with limited direct supervision
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to travel between store locations
• Background check and drug screening required
